June meeting

Our June meeting was a working meeting. We worked on Covers for kids quilts.   It was fun to see the kits come to life.  I can't wait to see the finished quilts next month...Our members were busy.

We did have a little bit of show and tell.  Here's Sandy's chicken quilt. So cute. This was a swap we did and Sandy's is finished.  My blocks are still clucking away on my design wall.

The back of the quilt.  So cute.

Annalee has worked on this little project for a while but she's finally finished.  So sweet. The embroidery work is beautiful.

Well ladies, next month we are meeting at Thomas Sewing Center in Mesquite.  More info will be coming to you with the newsletter.  Get busy and get sewing. Bring your show and tell and brag a lot!  Til next time, happy stitching.

May Meeting

Hello everyone. This month our program was done by our own Cathy B.  She showed us some of her Mola collection and showed us some things she has been repairing for others. She is a very talented lady and the program was great.  I think we all know we should not fold our quilts now, huh? Thanks for all the great info, Cathy.

Now for some Show and Tell from our other talented ladies.
